i think there was a promo by Cebu Pac around late last year. anyways, i hope you get to experience Sinulog! Pit senyor! :)
Yeah, unfortunately my payment didn't push through. I was heartbroken. I really wanted to experience it this 2018. I try my luck again in 2019!haha
