So while I was walking through the streets of Dontonburi looking for our hotel, we passed a pinball parlour.
Now I'm a bit of a pinball fan so I was pretty excited to see what collection they would have here.
So we checked in into our hotel, then smashed some ramen with some beers then headed to Silver Ball Planet.
Now this pinball parlour is inside a shopping centre complex and they had this cool curved escalator which takes you up to the front door
Once we enter the pinball parlour I was instantly overwhelmed with the options of over 103 different pinball machines to play!
Now each machine takes one 100 yen coin to play.
There is a huge range of machines to play from the old.
To the new
They have all the classics, and they are all split up into different themes. Like music pinballs.
Iron maiden is one of my favourites also the guns and roses machine. The guns and roses pinball used to be at the Fish and chip shop near my high school so I used to play it everyday 😊
This was the first time I got to play the rob zombie machine and it was amazing fun!!
They also had all of the star wars machines.
Also the classic Play boy machines.
All the cartoon machines where here.
Plus all the movie titles.
And what is a visit to a Japanese pinball parlour with out playing some mario brothers 😊
And we finished off our time here playing Godzilla
What an amazing collection Silver Ball Planet has. I have never seen such a huge variety of pinball machines. I highly recommend checking it out if you are ever in Dontonburi in Osaka Japan!!

You have to go back and play a round of Black Hole and Haunted House. Both of those tables are pretty famous, and a ton of fun!
And if they have Gor-Gar, give that a go, too. That table is super hard, but one of my favorites.

Gor-Gar is the first talking pinball table, made by Williams in the late 70's. Hard as hell, tons of fun.
Video made by someone else showing off the table in all it's glory. I see them show up online for about $3,000 USD every now and again, which is cheap for a pinball table!
Man that does look like a challenging table. I'm keen to try it out. I have a 1991 data East Tmnt machine at home its my pride and joy 😊
