Wenn mich jemand fragt wie ich die Lofoten beschreiben würde, müsste ich kurz überlegen.
Es ist naturbelassen aber bewohnt. Touristisch aber nicht überlaufen. Die Schauplätze sind gegensätzlich wie ich es noch nie gesehen habe. Man kann am Sandstrand in absolut blauen und klarem Wasser Baden gehen und sieht im Hintergrund Berge die teilweise noch Schnee liegen haben. Süss- und salzhaltige Gewässer sind nur wenige Meter voneinander entfernt. Die Fischerdörfer sind alt aber teilweise in tadellosem Zustand.
Kurz gesagt, für Naturliebhaber die gerne Wandern, Radfahren und Angeln gehen wollen ist das der richtige Ort. Zugegeben, nicht ganz günstig und in der Hochsaison auch ziemlich überall ausgebucht aber wenn man früh genug reserviert sollte man was gutes bekommen.

Ich möchte euch nun einige der tausend Bilder die wir geschossen haben zeigen und hoffe es gibt auch nur annähernd den Eindruck weiter den wir bekommen haben.

If someone asks me how I would describe the Lofoten Islands, I would have to think for a moment.
It is natural but inhabited. Tourist but not crowded. The different places are opposite as I've never seen it. You can go swimming on a sandy beach in absolutely blue and clear water and you can see mountains in the background that have partly still snowy here and there. Sweet and salty waters are only a few meters apart. The fishing villages are old but some are in perfect condition. In short, for nature lovers who enjoy hiking, cycling and fishing, this is the place to be. To be honest, not very cheap and in high season pretty much booked up but if you reserve early enough you should get something good.

Das sehr malerische Dorf Reine, wie überall auf den Inseln sieht man auch hier grosse Holzgestelle. Im Winter werden daran die Fische zum trocknen aufgehängt, eine lange Tradition auf den Lofoten. / *The very charming village of Reine, as everywhere on the islands you can see here large wooden frames. In winter, the fishes are hung up to dry, a long tradition on the Lofoten islands.
