Underwater Photo Challenge WEEK 1: WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

After deciding that Steemit really needed a thriving #underwaterphoto tag, and launching a photo challenge to kick it all off, I'm excited to announce the first week's challenge winner.

@Narcuk's comment along with this entry was: "Let it be a seal from the island of Moneron. Diving in the Far East can not be called very popular. But it does not become less interesting. Cold water sometimes is more saturated with life than warm."
