LIMEWOOD HOUSE HOTEL IN THE NEW FOREST

I recently got invited to spend some time at Limewood Hotel and Spa set in the New Forest. I can try to share a little of the UK with those of you interested to see it and some great places that I find for spiritual growth, mindfulness and health.

This spa is expensive, I was lucky enough to grab an invite but it's not for people looking for something on a budget, I will try to share a range of places through the blog. The thing I enjoyed most about this place was the feeling of peace and tranquility in part due to it's location set right in the New forest.

Here is the meditation deck and chill out space which i found increadibly peaceful with views over looking the surrounding areas.

There is also a cafe offering raw food and juices where you can eat al-fresco in the summer.

Raw blueberry cheescake, juice and cappucino we also had some raw sushi.

Dehydrated vegetable crisps.

After lunch we spent some time in the spa and pool area, there are two indoor pools which, i don't have pictures of and a small outdoor pool which, gets very busy in the summer.

I rounded off my day with a quick go at ariel yoga, this was my first taster before having my first session so excuse my novice skills but it got me hooked enough to want to try it again. :)
