Mandurah 曼杜拉

Mandurah is a city of Western Australia, and it is located at beside the attractive sea. It is ideal for people to get away from the busy city and to be there by the sea for retreat.

Mandurah is the Noongar word, which means “meeting place”. This is my first visit and being put up with a small of friends at sizeable house rented through the Airbnb. I certainly will remember this place after this visit.

As Mandurah means “meeting place”, I have indeed spent my time here with those friends migrated to Perth for the team building sessions. I am happy to have share with them how to identify their respective personalities and individual gifting.

Indeed, Mandurah is a unique place. However, each one of us is also unique in terms of a person’s personality and gifts. Just as people would come to Mandurah not for things that this place does not have, they come for the sea or something unique. So also each one of us can play a role according to one’s uniqueness. Our personalities and gifts are not meant to make us individualistic. Instead, they are meant for us as a community to enrich one another. Many things we can’t accomplish as individuals. But we are able to to do greater things by strengthening one another through our different personalities and diverse gifts.

曼杜拉 (Mandurah) 是西澳大利亚的一个城市，位于迷人的大海旁。它是一个供人们远离繁忙的城市，并在海边休息的理想选择。

曼杜拉是努加 (Noongar) ，原住民的词，即意思是“聚会地方” 。这是我的第一次到曼杜拉，并和一群朋友住宿於向 Airbnb 租用的一间大房子。经过这一次，我肯定会记住这个地方。

由于曼杜拉的意思是“聚会地方”，我确实在这里与那些移居珀斯的朋友共聚一堂进行团队塑造。我很高兴能与他们分享要如何识别各自的性格和个人才幹。

曼杜拉是一个独特的地方。然而，我们每个人的性格和才幹也是特殊的。正如人们会来曼杜拉不是基于它没有的东西，而是常常为了它独特美丽的大海。因此，我们每个人都可以根据自己的独特性发挥作用。我们的性格和才幹并不意味着我们要自我为中心。相反的，这些特殊性是要令我们互相帮助以完成个人无法独力成就的事。所以，我们可以通过不同的性格和各种才能彼此建立，一起完成更大的事。
