RE: Travel Pro Eats #10: Thai Buffet Restaurant at Siam House in Ft Lauderdale Florida USA and How it Compares To Thai Food in Thailand! (24 food photos!)
Nothing compares to the source, yet some places do try hard. We've had some good Thai food in England. Not only in London where the restaurants can get the ingredients from Chinatown, but outside London too.
We had Portuguese food in Macau today and it was quite similar to the tastes we've had back in Portugal, but with a slight twist.
Good to see your compares! Looking forward to the next post.
Always great comments. Yes I've been to Macau, and if I remember correctly they were once a colonie of Portugal so that certainly makes sense what you say. Hope you guys are well! -Dan
Hey Dan, we're good. We hope you are too! We just got back, but really enjoyed our time over there. The food in Macau was amazing as like we said it had similarities to being back home for Becca. Yes, they were a colony of Portugal until the late 20th century. 😊
Glad you guys had a good time!
