Explore Vintgar Gorge @ Slovenia with Travelgirl
Hi Steemians,
I don’t go hiking but one of the memorable sites we visited in Slovenia was at Vintgar Gorge. To be honest, I was not keen on the idea of walking 1.6km one way and another 1.6km back out but my other half really wanted to see it so we decided to see far we can go and if I can’t keep up, we can always go back. The drive there was not very far from Bled and the beginning of the trek was pretty smooth. The scenery throughout the walk was stunning and the weather was fabulous. Enjoy the video!

"Simply gorge-ous!" See what I did there? It's cool to see your videos and how you do them (you do what I was saying anyway which is cool). I love that you make it easy for parents to tell if it's worth going, etc. Very helpful service.

@travelgirl, You walked pretty beautiful places in Slovenia. Beautiful autumn trees everywhere. Water fall and clean water inspire my feelings now. Yep weather was good for your walking. I loving those surrounding area.

It looks worth it. A further evidence how Slovenia is a very attractive country. I can't imagine during the summer season walking 1.6km just one way
