This story brings back memories from Oslo, the year 2000 it must have been ...

I was living at Bestum and working at Skøyen, in Oslo, not so far from each other. One day ... probably a Saturday ... I drove to the office with my wife, and we ended up sitting in the office playing computer games ... throughout the night!

Next morning we stumbled out of the office, and ... the car was gone! We called to the police, they said we had to meet up to file a report. So we went home by the tram, picked up our bikes and started biking towards the police office at Majorstuen, passing by Skøyen - and ... oh, there was the car!

Such a big facepalm moment! I would rarely go by car to the office, but when doing it, I would typically park at the south side of the railroad tracks as that's where the office is located. However, this time we were driving at the other side of the rails, so we had stopped and parked the car by a pedestrian underpass. Yes, that's right - we had simply forgotten where we parked the car ... and we thought it was stolen!
