My Experience with American Airlines

My experience with American Airlines:

Not only did they require the fewest reward miles for my trip to the USA of alternative airlines but they also waived the cancellation fee of $150 when my partner was unable to accompany me due to her visa being denied.

On a previous flight with American, our plane was delayed one hour while we waited on the Tarmac because of a missing hubcap. The flight attendants apologized profusely and opened up the bar and told us we were welcome to have as much to eat and drink of anything they had available!
Yeah American!
