Sofitel Hotel Philadelphia Room Review

When you live in hotels half of the time, there are a few things that are important to me in the rooms! A bath tub is one of them. And the second thing is the view. I love a good view in a room. Then, there are all the little things like the decor, the artwork, and the little nuances, such as hotel robes and slippers! Yes, the Sofitel had slippers!!

It also had those awful refrigerators that are motion activated. This means that they automatically charge your room as soon as you move something from the fridge. This means that you can not store anything in there.

Philadelphia was a great city to hang out in, and the staff in Sofitel did a great job! We were super happy with them. We get to experience hotels on a whole different level than most people experience them, because we stay there, but, we work there too. So, we are working with the banquet staff.

You find out if they really have any sort of real customer service or if they completely miss the mark. It's always the little things that stand out! I'll tell you more about this in my next review. Sometimes navigating these hotel rooms and banquet managers can be really tough! Sofitel was great.
