Such an awesome city! I go to Vienna pretty often and I love it every time I'm there - in winter and summer :) The winters are sometimes a little bit too cold, but I love the snow, it makes the city even more beautiful :)
I would visit it also in summer!
Tip : the Bitcoin store you mentioned has moved to the centre of the city and is now call the House of Nakamoto.
However there is now a Bitcoin cash machine that will buy and sell at Hotel Schani Wien. It has a higher daily limit.
