Now I'm hungry! Great read though. Next time I go to a dim sum restuarant, I'll know exactly what I'm ordering. There are only a few advertised "authentic" dim sum restaurants in my area, and I've avoided them because I don't know a lot about it. Now I'm going to have try some.
