Looks delicious Jerry :) I recommend half of your plate being fruit and vegetables, 1/8 of it with carbs, another 8th with healthy oils, and a quarter of it with protein. But you’re doing great healthy wise! A book I recommend is EAT MOVE SLEEP. It proved very helpful in changing my eating patterns from mostly carbs and meat to mostly vegetables. I also stand whenever I can, because sitting is super harmful. Watching tv shortens your lifespan, and sugars kill more than cigarettes. Just some things I learned from that book.
