Charles Bridge, Prague! Charles Köprüsü, Prag! ( ENG - TR)

Prague is my favourite city in Europe. This city is famous for its streets, sculptures, history, writers and culture. I have been to Prague twice so far and I have fallen in love with city in my both trips. Prague is a unique city. When I was walking in its streets, I had a feeling that Franz Kafka was guiding me in this city, Prague is the city of Franz Kafka, a great writer in World history. Today, I will write about another important point in Prague. Charles Bridge is an important monumental place in Prague. This magnificient bridge is located on the river of Vltava. It connects tourists to Prague Castle and Franz Kafka Museum. This bridge was completed in 1402 and it was the only bridge in Prague in that time.

Prag, Avrupa'da benim favori şehrimdir. Bu şehir, sokakları, heykelleri, tarihi, yazarları ve kültürüyle ünlüdür. Şu ana kadar, iki defa bu şehirde bulundum ve her iki gezimde de bu güzel şehre aşık oldum. Prag, eşsiz bir şehirdir. Caddelerinde yürürken, Franz Kafka'nın bana rehberlik ettiği hissine kapıldım. This bridge is mostly famous for its sculptures on it. They were placed on the Bridge in around 1700. On both sides of the bridge, there are two towers. Tourists are reaching the bridge by passing under those towers. All sculptures are imporant on the bridge. All sculptures on the bridge are replicas of their originals. The original sculptures are in the museum.The most important sculpture is the one of Saint John Nepomuk. Sculptures are mostly connected with Saints and Christianity. This bridge is always crowded with tourists as it is a passing point to the old part of Prague where we have Prague Castle.

Bu köprü çoğunlukla, üstünde bulunan heykellerle meşhurdur. 1700'lü yıllarda, heykeller köprü üzerine yerleştirildi. Köprünün her iki tarafında, iki tane kule bulunuyor.
