5 Reasons Why I Love Thailand

I've been living in Thailand for 4 years. It was more than enough to fall in love with this beautiful country.

The main reasons I love the Land of Smiles:

Nature

Wherever you choose to go, to the beautiful and welcoming south or to the authentic and cool north, you will definitely find a place to fall in love with. The tropical beaches of Koh Samui with white sand and amazing colour of the water, the untouched jungles and hidden caves of Chiang Mai… You won’t have enough time to explore all the Kingdom. Every time you will discover something new, something incredible, something, which will make you stay in this charming country longer.

Weather

If you come from the place, where it can reach at least –10 degrees Celsius in winter, you will agree that Thailand is a perfect place. But if you once felt –25 degrees, you know that this country of eternal summer is simply a real paradise.

Culture

You are surrounded by smiling faces here! In the shops, on the street, even in the government offices people will meet you with a smile, and you can’t resist smiling back. So being in Thailand, you have nothing to do but stop worrying and start enjoying your life.

Food

You won’t be hungry in Thailand for a long. You just need to look around, and there will be some food stalls next to you, wherever you are. They say, Thailand is like a very big food market, and the food is cheap and tasty there.

Massage

And last but not least, the Thai massage. During the practice, your body is stretched, compressed and placed in different yoga-like positions. Don’t be afraid if you feel somebody walking on your back, a good masseur knows what your body needs. There are hundreds of spas in every city, so you will definitely find the one for yourself.
