Z9 Resort, a nice resort on a beautiful lake, in Kanchanaburi, in the West of Thailand

If you travel to Kanchanaburi, in the West of Thailand, apart from staying over-night on the river at the River Kwai Jungle Rafts Resort as I recommended to you by my previous posts, you may be interested in visiting Z9 resort where you can stay over-night on a lake at Srinakarin Dam.

Although at the Z9 resort you can stay on the floating house the same as at the River Kwai Jungle Rafts Resort, the houses have totally different designs......

The houses of the River Kwai Jungle Rafts Resort were built with natural style whereas the houses of the Z9 Resort were built in modern style.

Besides, the surrounding nature around the lake at Srinakarin Dam and the river Kwai is obviously different.

The river Kwai is smaller when compared with the lake at Srinakarin Dam.

The river Kwai looks refreshing with plenty of trees on both sides of the river whereas the lake at Srinakarin Dam looks refreshing with the beautiful scenery which looks more like the sea; there are magnificent mountains in the far distance that look like islands in the sea.

And that's the reason why the water of River Kwai looks so green while the water of the lake at Srinakarin Dam looks so blue....

Imagine! When you open the door in the morning and watching the sunrise with this wonderful view!
