Sakunothayan Waterfall, a beautiful waterfall in Phitsanulok province, Thailand

Phitsanulok province is just a small province, but fascinating with many beautiful places. And Sakunothayan Waterfall is the one among them.

Sakunothayan Waterfall is located in Sakunothayan Botanical Garden. This beautiful stream is a large single-level waterfall in the middle of a large forest.

This waterfall is also part of the Khek River.

Sakunothayan Waterfall used to be called Wang Nok Aen Waterfall, but later the name was changed to follow the name of the forest park.

The water at Sakunothayan Waterfall flows throughout the year. During the rainy season, the water will flow strong and be a murky brown color. Therefore, during this time, it is not suitable for swimming.

It is recommended that traveling during winter and summer is the best time because the water has a clear green color and flows slowly. You can play and swim in the water, or sit happily beside the Sakunothayan Waterfall for a picnic with your family.

Sakunothayan Waterfall has many large stones which are awesome and look outstanding.
