Ratchaprapha Dam, one of Thailand’s top tourist attractions

Ratchaprapha Dam or it’s well-known among Thai people as Cheow Lan Dam. It’s located in Surat Thani province, in the South of Thailand.

This place is one of Thailand's top tourist attractions.

The charm of Ratchaprapha Dam is the wonderful nature of the fertile forest; there are many types of lush green plants covering the mountain.

The atmosphere is quiet. The air is cool and very refreshing.

Moreover, the water in the dam is beautiful and clear. It is emerald green. You can clearly see various fish.

There are many viewing points where you can see the spectacular view of the dam.

You will see the name of Ratchaprapha Dam in the Thai language with the fascinating view of the lake and the mountains in the background.

It is one of the popular corners for photography.

If you want to take a boat trip to admire the view closely, there are long-tailed boat tours available as well.

I can say that Ratchaprapha Dam is a very good recreational tourist destination for people who like tranquility and love nature.
