Chaeson National Park is a natural tourist attraction consisting of abundant forest, various kinds of wildlife, waterfalls, warm pools and hot springs, etc., which is good for relaxing.

I used to present the Chaeson National Park in my old post.

Today, I will show you more photos of the hot spring area which is one of the highlight places in Chae Son National Park.

The Chaeson Hot Spring is filled with 9 pools with mineral hot water. There are many small and large boulders scattering all over the area. The atmosphere is nice and the scenery is spectacular.

Especially if you visit the place in the morning in the winter time, you will see the sunlight shining down and hitting the hot springs like a mist covering the pools which creates a romantic and dreamy atmosphere. (unfortunately, I have no photos, please just use your own imagination ... .Haha!)

One of the popular activities that most people love to do when visiting the place is boiling eggs.

It's because the hot spring water has a temperature of 70 - 80 degrees Celsius. You can soak the eggs in the water and boil them within 15 minutes.

“Chaeson Hot Spring Eggs” are unique onsen eggs. They have hard yolks and liquid egg whites. They have a strange taste sensation unlike any other onsen eggs.

If you want to eat the eggs, you must visit Chaeson Hot Spring and taste them on your own.

Another interesting thing is that there are living things in the hot springs.

According to the sign: these are "Chloroflexus aurantiacus which is a photosynthetic bacterium isolated from hot springs, belonging to the green non-sulfur bacteria. This organism is thermophilic and can grow at temperatures from 35 degrees Celsius to 70 degree Celsius. They usually lived with blue-green algae and Archeabacteria."

If you want to see them closely, you must visit Chaeson Hot Spring and see them with your own eyes.

Greetings friend @tangmo

Living in a place like this must be majestic, it is the ideal environment to have a quiet life, I like life in the countryside and the mountains, even more so if it has hot springs.

Excellent post.

Your wonderful post inspires me to travel, you described this beautiful place very well. Hot spring, this place is especially beautiful. Thank you very much for your beautiful post.

Looks lovely and warm!

I always find that being by water is very relaxing and calms the mind. It must be so lovely to sit around the hot springs and hear all the birds and the stillness of the water.

That's cool that you can boil eggs too! I'm guessing not many people swim, perhaps in winter time it's cooler?
