Awesome and unseen pagoda at Khao Na Nai Luang Dhamma Park, in Surat Thani province, in the South of Thailand
Khao Na Nai Luang Dhamma Park is located in Surat Thani province.
Khao means mountain
It’s one of the places where you can practice Dhamma, admire the sea of mist, and pay homage to the Buddha's footprint.
The area is surrounded by the natural atmosphere of the wonderful mountains.
The highlight of the place is an awesome and unseen chedi (pagoda), named Phra Buddha Silavadee, which contains the Lord Buddha’s relics.
The chedi is located on top of a limestone mountain, so people call it “floating chedi” as it seems to float in the sky.
At the end of each year, many people visit Khao Na Nai Luang to climb the mountain to pay respects and ask for blessings for the prosperity of life.
Khao Na Nai Luang Dhamma Park acts as a center of belief and faith among Buddhists. It is, therefore, one of the popular places for locals and people from other provinces.
In addition to being a sacred place of worship, the various architectures within Khao Na Nai Luang Dhamma Park are also interesting; i.e. the Buddhawadi arch with the 9 peaks.
It is another important highlight that is impressive.
What a beautiful sight beyond words.
Visiting Khao Na Nai Luang Dhamma Park, you can also admire the beauty of the sea of mist. (unfortunately, there is no photo of it to show you.)
Khao Na Nai Luang Dhamma Park is a good place for practicing Dhamma, making merit and paying homage.
And I can say that Khao Na Nai Luang Dhamma Park is great for anyone who wants to find peace in life surrounded by beautiful nature and a nice atmosphere.
