Annecy, charming fairytale city, in France

Annecy is a small, charming fairytale city, in France. It is a relaxed, uncrowded city that is close to nature. (as I have shown you some pictures in my old post).

Due to its location near the Alps, the city has a bright atmosphere, with a beautiful blue lake and mountains as a background.

The unique Vieille Ville (Old Town) district will attract you with winding canals which flow through the city and colorful medieval buildings and pastel-colored ancient architectural houses.

These houses and buildings date from the 16th to the 18th centuries, still retaining their historical character.

Annecy is full of cultural and historical value that has been around since the time of the Roman Empire.

It has a museum with regional artifacts such as Alpine furniture and religious art, as well as natural history exhibits.

Rue Sainte-Claire is a great place for shopping and dining, and is one of the lively main streets of Annecy, full of old-world charm and vintage.
