Are you asking about the Airbnb rental or the city of Hermosillo?
The city. Is it clean, safe, and friendly?
We were exhausted from driving and just wanted to relax. Since we were staying there for just one night, we weren't able to see much of the city. All we saw of the city was from us driving into it and driving out.
I can't speak to whether it's safe or friendly, but I can tell you it's not very clean - at least in terms of the air.
Driving into the city, the air was noticeably polluted. There's a lot of industry, many factories, and a lot of businesses you see in the US. Costco, McDonalds, KFC, and Autozone to name a few.

Interesting, seems like a good place to visit? What were your favorite food spots?
We were only there for one night, and we actually didn't get to eat out at all. Maddie suffers from a lot of food allergies, so our restaurant choices are pretty limited.
It's not a place we have any desire to spend more time in. I'm sure there's a lot of good things about the city, but the fact that the air was polluted is enough to keep us away.

Reasonable cost for Airbnb stay....
Hermosillo is a pretty cheap city for AirBnbs. It was nice to be able to rent an entire place with a huge bed for that price. We really needed a good night's sleep after long days of driving!
