Trekking is perhaps one of the best ways to enjoy a holiday. Nothing can quite beat that feeling when you finally reach your campsite after trekking through the wilderness. The adrenaline rush you can get can be addictive and be warned, once you do start to trek, you will be hooked for life.
But trekking requires meticulous planning on what to carry along as you will be the one carrying whatever you pack. Hence it is important you pack only the essentials.
