大家最近好嗎？上次，我帶大家去了杭州，相信大家都被它的美所折服！🍃 這次，我要帶大家到有著「中國好萊塢」之稱的浙江橫店影視城有限公司，踏足《英雄》、《滿城盡帶黃金甲》、《步步驚心》等著名電影及電視劇的拍攝場地🎥，一飽眼福！讓我們出發吧！

How's everything? Last time I brought you to Hangzhou, I'm sure you were captivated by its beauty!🍃 This time, I'm gonna take you to "China's Hollywood" - Hengdian World Studios!!! So far, more than 1,200 films and television plays were born here🎥, and Hengdian World Studios has therefore not only become the shooting base with the China’s most films and TV dramas, but also the competitive shooting scene for foreign blockbusters and TV dramas. In 2004, Hengdian Film and Television Industry Experimental Zone was established as China's only one national film and television industry experimental zone. What are you waiting for? Let's go!!

秦王宮 The Palace of Emperor Qin

秦王宮是1997年為著名導演陳凱歌拍攝歷史巨片《荊軻刺秦王》而建造的，也是《英雄》、《尋秦記》等大片的誕生地。設計師們花費了四年心血設計出一幅宏偉的秦王宫藍圖，而秦王宫景区的原型就是秦王朝最主要的宫殿—— 咸阳宫。

The design of the Palace of Emperor Qin was based on the most important palace in the Qin Dynasty - Xian Yang Palace. It was built in 1997 for the filming of the famous movie "The Emperor and the Assassin". The director Zhang Yimou used this building as the backdrop for the Emperor Qin's palace for his 2002 movie "Hero".

主宫「四海歸一殿」 威嚴矗立、高聳挺拔，淋漓盡致地表現出秦始皇併吞六國，一統天下的磅礴恢宏氣勢。無論是黄塵古道、金戈鐵馬，還是燕赵建築、秦漢文化，都在秦王宫得以真實再現。這裏也是許多綜藝節目的拍攝地點：

The Sihaiguiyi Hall is the main palace. It is grand and tall, showing the power and charisma of Emperor Qin who aimed at ruling the world.

八根龍柱 位於廣場正中央，代表「四面八方、唯我獨尊」🐲。面朝八方象徵秦王一統天下、八方來朝。龍柱是最早的華表，有警示作用。🐉 中間四根略高，指明中間这條路為秦王所走，而文武大臣走其左右兩側。秦朝尚黑，黑乃貴族、王者之色，故八根龍柱主體黑色 ⬛️

Eight Dragon Pillars are located in the middle of the palace.🐲 They symbolise that the Emperor could rule people from all 4 cardinal directions and 8 intercardinal directions (i.e. the WHOLE WORLD). 🐉The 4 pillars in the middle were for the Emperor only, and others were only allowed to walk on both sides. The Qin Emperor liked the colour BLACK because it was the colour of the powerful and royal family. Therefore, the main colour of the Pillars were black.⬛️

這是在主宮「四海歸一殿」前的「飛龍」。牠們是秦王宫的守護神。牠匯集了七種動物的精華，由鱷首、鹿角、鯉魚鬚、蛇身、鳥翅、魚鱗、鷹爪組成，充分顯示皇家尊崇。

These are the Flying Dragons. They are auspicious animals in Chinese culture and a product of imagination. They have the features of seven animals: crocodile's head, antlers, carp's barbels, snake's body, bird's wings, fish scales and eagle's claws. How incredible!!!

趣味小知識：我們要走九十九級台階才能到達主宮9️⃣9️⃣。為什麼是九十九級，而不是其他的數字呢？原來，「九」是陽數之首，九十九象徵著「九九歸一」，「九」同長治久安的「久」同音，意寓秦朝江山永世相傳。九十九級台階有何特別之處呢❓那就是，我們站在廣場上，只見台階，不見平台，是為「步步高升」🎈；登上台階頂端，卻只見平台，不見台階，意寓「平步青雲」💭。

Interesting Facts: We have to climb 99 steps to reach the Main Palace. 9️⃣9️⃣ Did you know why❓ It's because "nine" is the largest in the number of Yang, and "nice" shares the pronunciation with "lasting", meaning the everlasting rule of the Qin Dynasty. It features that when you stand on the square and only steps come into sight, which symbolises "promoting to a higher position step by step"🎈; when you climb to the top and only platforms come into sight, which symbolises "successful".💭

千萬不要小瞧這條复道 ！！(古時稱「陌路」，是皇帝出巡和文武大臣平時進出宫殿的通道)！！它可是堪稱古裝劇最常出現的場景之一呢！！！😌

This is the Auxiliary Passage for people in the palace to go in and out of the Palace. It's a popular shooting site, too!!😌

讓我們走進去......這就是皇帝上朝的地方了！！！

This is where the officials met the Emperor!!!

這是兵器架。秦王性格十分敏感多疑，所以文武大臣、外邦使者候召上殿之前必須解下兵器、鎧甲放在兵器架，才能叩見皇上。

As the Emperor of Qin Dynasty was sensitive and extremely careful, the officials had to disarm before going into the Palace and put the armours on this shelf.

大家能猜到這是什麼嗎？原來，這是「編磬」。它在八音之中被稱為「石」，是古代漢族打擊樂器的一種，早期被用於先民的祭祀活動中；後被歷代帝王用在宗庙祭祀、宫殿宴享、朝聘禮儀活動中。磬的聲音清遠而剔透，被寓為鳳凰的叫聲，傳說聆聽磬聲者会吉祥如意。

The Bianqing is an ancient Chinese percussion instrument consisting of a set of L-shaped flat stone chimes known as Qing, played melodically. The chimes were hung in a wooden frame and struck with a mallet. Along with the bronze bells called Bianzhong, they were an important instrument in China's ritual and court music going back to ancient times. It's said that its sound resembles the chirps of phoenix, therefore could bring good luck to people who heard it.

How lively the Terracotta Army is!!! It's a collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. It is a form of funerary art buried with the emperor in 210–209 BCE and whose purpose was to protect the emperor in his afterlife. THE REAL COLLECTION IS IN SHAN XI PROVINCE.

看到這裏，大家有沒有衝動想馬上來到橫店，一睹秦王宮的風采呢？:)) 我覺得，秦王宮已經不再是一個單純的拍攝場地，而是一座歷史博物館，讓我們通過身邊的景物、腳下的土地，來了解中國輝煌的歷史，發出情不自禁的讚嘆。橫店還有很多不可思議的拍攝場地，就讓我下次跟大家分享吧！今天就寫到這了，我們下次見！🌹

So so far, do you like Hengdian World Studios? :)) I feel like the Palace of Emperor Qin is no longer a filming location, it's become a history museum, revealing how glorious Qin Dynasty were, and how powerful our Emperors used to be. There're still many to be explored here, and I'll introduce more of it next time!! I think I'll stop here, see you next time! 🌹
