Living close to the seaside is good for our health & happiness

"We´re all equal before a wave". The Ocean does not select us like society does. In the water we are all the same, no matter where we are from or how we earn our money. Paddling we just have the same common objective: being! 

Water enables us to relax in a very special way. You all know how peaceful it is just sitting in the sand and looking how the waves break in front of us. 

The salt is a natural peeling and our skin appreciates these natural scrubs. Filling our lungs with this fishy smelling air close to the seaside makes us feel even more alive. 

It seams like your problems melt away by the sea, and the nights you go to sleep after a nice long bath at the beach will be full of sweet and easy dreams, promised! 

Everybody should have a favourite place close to the beach. Famara Beach on the Canary Island Lanzarote is mine. Now I´ll tell you why.

Loving the imperfections <3

With places it´s like with people: we don´t love them for their impeccability but for their imperfections. All these sweet little mistakes they are not even aware of. Famara Beach is the best example. It has got an incredible charm you cannot resist thanks to all these little streets and corners and inclined, badly painted houses. The contrast between these white houses with their blue-green colores windows and doors, the caramel colored sand, the black rocks, the brown mountains in the back, the deep blue sea and the white dotted sky. I mean this is real - it´s natural beauty! No filters, no claims. 

And now: let´s go and catch some waves :-)

PS: Cero drugs - 100% fun! I say NO to any kind of drugs, it´s for poor people who don´t know how to enjoy the real life.
