Wow this looks amazing here :) I wish I could visit, and I hope the political stance changes one day and we can all experience the beauty! I love mountains:) I must be cold up there, but very hot in the summer too :)
When you visit Iran the only country that later you will have issues travelling to is US else no other country will really create a hassle. Yes it was very cold in certain places, specially the mountain side.
