a sudden trip to heaven....
My brother was back from US and suddenly watching a documentry about north pakistan during the night,we decided to packup and discover the beauti of northern pakistan. . It was a vacation season (3 holidays of the holy festival of eid). and we were not aware of the traffic jams we would be facing during our tour. Our travel destination was naran which was approximately 5,6 hours drive from our city islamabad. but it took us around 20 hours to reach there , courtesy the travel and nature loving people of pakistan, all traveling to north :).. reached naran bazar at 2 in the night, eat some delicious daal with chapati's and rented a room after spending another hour because all the hotels were occupied. went to bed at 4:30 after praying fajr.....and woke up at 8 , all set and fresh to go to lake saif ul mulook...a heaven on earth...... their was no proper road leading to the destination , a lake surrounded by mountains, and alot of fairy tales affiliated to it...people also report paranormal activities at night ;) but locals say these are the fairies who come at lake from the mountains.....me and my brother decided to climb up on foot....a 2 hours hike...and send rest of the family on 4 wheeler jeeps.......the hike was amazing , we did a lot of photography in between....
when we reached the like clouds came in to ruin the party :) though it was the most beautiful scenery I ever witnessed....finally we took some pakora;s and tea......the muddy path leading to the lake was not suitable for jeeps to travel after rain...so we decided to descend back on foot.....took 2 hours coming back to the bazar...where we eat the famous raho fish...and as my brother had a flight day after tomorrow..so drove back the same day....reached home in the morning , much tired but with most beautiful memories of life ....
