Hello Steemit Friends

I am currently in San fransico California !!. A friend and I decided to pay a visit to a friend of us who's currently attending her masters degree here. The flight from Bangkok took approximately 20 hours including transit in Narita Airport. Fortunately the jet lagged was not torture due to my full plane snooze.

We arrived at the Palace hotel which is a lavish early 19th-century hotel. The rooms and hallways are beautifully decorated. The location is placed right on the corner of Market and New Montgomery streets as you can walk right down the shopping area and public transportations to explore the city.

The pool and fitness facilities offers high standard with great services. I enjoy working out here switching with the outdoor run to the bay very much.

On arrival, we strolled along Bay Bridge with our little Corgi to find lunch. People here are dog lovers as we spotted so many dog walkers along our way down the bay. "Mochi" our corgi loves the grass so much, she roles and throw herself on the ground as she stumbles on the greens.

Our lunch destination is at The Historic Ferry Building
which is a famous landmark. It is in the center of the city’s financial, banking and transportation district. This building has been built on this waterfront for more than a 100 years.

Opening in 1898, this ferry used to transport as many as 50,000 people a day.

In March 2003, the landmark San Francisco Ferry Building was remade to be a world class public food market.

We stopped at Hog Oyster Co.
Offers ourselves their incredible seafood selections while enjoying the waterfront stunning setting. This is a place for Oyster lovers!!! My favorite dish of the bunch was the clam chowder.

It's a real unfortunate that my trip is right when Steemfest is arranged!! I would have joined but by the time the dates were released I already made bookings for this trip. I hope all attendees have a wonderful time and I will be seeing you next year!!.
