It is interesting to see old buildings surrounded by relatively new built. In Germany they will offer a new place to live for people, demolish old ones and replace by new. In UK, because the population is not big they have enough place to build so houses and buildings have enough space between. It is always sad to see old schools, so many people and may be some of the good and famous people graduated there and it is sad to see those places abandoned.
