The Museum is located at Jalan Keris Bhayangkara No.2, Sriwedari, Solo. The museum store hundreds of weapons collection from various regions in Indonesia. With the majority of the collection comes from Java, then named Kris Museum because the weapons typical of Java is the keris.

Of the total, there were 233 Kris Kris and Spears are on display. The rest are stored and will be on display in turn every three months. Of course that it is on is not arbitrary, because Kris noble philosophical believed contained the Javanese community.
