Cool adventure. I love beer and a brewery is always fun to visit. Just to see how they produce everything is really interesting. I like that you called out the red ale as a winner. Red ales can be pretty awesome sometimes!
They can be. Red Ales are, in my opinion, really hard to do well. Balancing all the flavors just right. More so than any other category (except for brown ales....)
