If you are thinking about visiting Busan, Korea, should go this wonderful place

Name of this place is 'Hwangnyeongsan'
(It is the small mountain at the center of downtown of Busan)

Although it is not that big mountain, it's altitude is about 430m.
So you can see the every single light from the city and of course, it is really awesome view(especially at night).

There are some structures made by stone which were for the alert system by using fire or smoke(hundreds of years ago) .
These days it is usually known for the nice observation platform.(There is a base station too.)

Also there is a cafe and you can enjoy the view around there with coffee or other beverages.

I highly recommend you to visit this place if you would like to enjoy the nice view and fresh air at Busan, Korea.
