Singapore: Photoblog

I recently travelled to Singapore to celebrate my 10th Marriage anniversary (Yeah I know, quite an accomplishment ;). This was my second itnernational travel and I had my own share of concern but Singapore surprised me on all the le vel. It is such an easy place to be, I absolutely loved the place to core. It is such a friendly place. The vibes everywhere are amazing. Travelling in and around the city was a breeze all thanks a super extensive Metro Train Network and always available taxi services. Though I didn't use the local bus services but I am sure that would also be as competent and effective as other modes.
The only gripe with entire trip was the accomodation, I stayed in Bugis, location was perfect but the hotel room was small beyond imagination and I paid through the nose for it. Back here in India that kind of money could have got me a 5* property.
The duration of my stay was 6 days and 6 nights. I covered all the major desitnations and touirst stops like Sentosa, univesal studios, merlion park, bumboat ride, Singapore flyer etc.

While I am at it I should mention that I absolutely loved the Marina Bay Sands, it is an architectural beauty, that thing is beautiful. Though I didn't stay there, I would surely make a point to do so whenever I am there next, but I did go all the way upto the top floor and celebrated my anniversary with few drinks and amazing view of Singapore skyline.

I didn't carry my primary camera my Canon DSLR but I did try to document the beautiful Singapore with my capable Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.
