FUN-TASTIC EVENT IN BATAAN
Hi there Steemians!
In my previous post, I mentioned how we got to Aglaloma Beach in Bataan. The event was actually organized by 420 Philippines. When we arrived at the island we expected that we would be staying in a Tent ⛺️ on the sand. Fortunately it’s better than what I thought. They provided us one aircon room with bed. I was glad about it.
First thing we did was walked around the area and looked at arts made by professional artists. 👩🎨
Colourful dream catcher.
My partner bought some t-shirts, earrings and a key holder to support the group. All the art design around the island had displayed at night time. It entertained people visuosly while they enjoyed the music. Live bands played on the stage while people walked around.
There were lots of live band groups that joined the event. I will mention some as far as I can remember..Slowdough, Dayaw, Kokoi Baldo with Juan Gapang and Cagayan Roots, Goodleaf, Green Leafy Vegetables, Tamad si Juan from Davao, Nairud from Davao also, Holy Jam, quapitos, and Engkanto. It was Full of fun and surprises, music and art.
The stage at night.
This dream catcher gave stunning color effects at night.
On our second day, we went island hopping. We came across this rock formation of limestone. The boat men allowed as to take pictures and walked around the scenic view from the island.
We went to this cave in which, according to the locals, nobody has found where the very end of the cave is. If you try to zoom in the photos, you can see huge white jelly fish floating on the water.
The place was so beautiful but we were scared to jump out to swim because of jelly fish. I was scared they would sting me so I asked the boatmen if they could bring us somewhere to swim.
So here we came to this little island where there were fishermens’ boats docked but the water there was very prestine and my partner @ivantorres enjoyed swimming this time while our two guides aside from the boatmen stayed on the shore drinking some beers. It was a really awesome experience in that island. We enjoyed live band music and local foods of the island all day long
That’s all for now steemians. Hope you enjoy looking our photos. Have a great day.

Hmm, take care while traveling. what about your leg pain? is it cured?
Yes, it healed now. But left little scars. Thank you 🙏.
Upvoted. I love my Filipino neighbors in Oregon. I think native Americans have dream catchers. Very interesting. Love your fun photos and lovely smile, @SoulBella. I grew up in a ghetto where people were all for the 420 and for weed and they tried to get me to take some when we played basketball. Love your hood. I'm Oatmeal.
420 philippines is an organization here. They are not selling weed because it’s illegal. We support their vision and mission.
I like your pictures , are incredibles
Thank you so much @vjap55.
