Exploring More of Panglao Bohol - Day 3

It’s our 3rd day here in Panglao Island province of Bohol. I am dead 💀 tired this time - maybe my body but my spirit is still on fire 🔥. I don’t want to waste one minute of our stay in this place. It’s not every day I would experience this beautiful, clean and quite place. Well, the resort where we stay is quiet but along the beach during late afternoon the party will start. Every resort along the beach begin to display their abundance and gigantic seafood tables. It was quite pricy though but for a tourist like us, we would like to taste how Boholanos serve their mouthwatering dishes.

Early in the morning when I noticed the sun was already out I jumped out of bed right away and enjoyed the voice of birds chirping outside our room. While waiting for @ivantorres to wake up I walked around the hidden dream resort perimeter.

This is the view in front of our room. There is an outside relaxing area we’re you can sit, relax and read a magazine provided by the resort. A few benches and a center table is set in there. Ohh 😮 I can see half of part of the motorbike @ivantorres rented so we can stroll wherever we want to go. He rented it for 500 a day(ph currency).

Our tour agency gave us free time to do what we want on the third day. A friend of ours from Naawan Misamis Oriental (CINDY) messaged me that her friend Hezle just arrived in Bohol. I met Hezle once at their condo so it made me feel excited to see Hezle in Bohol especially that she’s with her BF for the first time that is from the U.S. I got connected with Hezle and went to Dumaluan beach resort where they stayed. We chit-chat for few minutes and agree to have a dinner together at Alona beach. The two already decided to move to the resort where we stayed, I was happy I have somebody I knew within the resort. Late afternoon, we went swimming in the pool. @ivantorres and Ken started to get to know each other as I heard them laughing. They both come from the U.S so they have many things in common. They shared their experiences and observations here in the Philippines.

Actually, I was really craving for a huge lobster. Unfortunately the restaurant we went only had rock lobster so I only got a mud crab and grilled pork belly.
After our dinner we decided to have a walk along the beach up to the end of the Alona beach area.

Kenneth bought a large sea shell for 400 pesos. Every display at the beach is new to him, he wants to buy everything.... lol. (Later I knew from Hezle it was confiscated at the airport).

So that was our unexpected night together, after that we went back to our room. It was a great experience to meet new people unexpectedly and share experiences with them.
