Dakhla city of Morocco

The city of Dakhla in the Moroccan Sahara region under Moroccan rule is a coastal city overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It is located near the Moroccan-Moroccan border. Although the region is disputed between the Kingdom of Morocco and the separatist Polisario Front, it is a safe area and is visited annually by an important number of tourists, especially the Europeans, who are fond of the surfing sport known as the city of Dakhla or to enjoy its mild warm weather in the middle of winter.
