On the main dome is a cross. The height of this cross is 49 meters. Built this cathedral in honor of Prince Vladimir the Great. Then celebrated the 900th anniversary of the Baptism of Russia. Last Sunday, a divine service was held on the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin. The Divine Liturgy was conducted by His Holiness Patriarch Filaret of Kiev and All Russia-Ukraine. After the Liturgy, people consecrated willow branches.
