Seine River, Paris.

It is the second longest river in France and also the best known by tourists. The photo I share with you today was taken from the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, which provides an exceptional view of Paris.

The Seine with more than 700 km crosses the French capital and empties into the Atlantic Ocean, on it there are 37 bridges of different sizes. Among the most outstanding are:

• Pont Alexandre III: It was inaugurated in the year 1900 and built in steel, it is considered one of the prettiest in Paris.
• Pont de l'Alma: the Parisians from its construction used to observe it measure the floods of the river, taking as reference the statue of a Zouave. Because of its proximity to death site of the Princess Diana, there are who use this place to do offerings.
• Pont Neuf: It is the first stone bridge in Paris and also the longest in the city with 232 meters. With its construction in 1607 it was possible to cover the width of the river.

• Pont des Arts: Rebuilt in 1904, famous for the number of locks hung, the tradition indicates that couples as a symbol of eternal love close a padlock engraved with their names on the railings of the bridge and then throw the key in the river. − When I walked towards the Louvre Museum I had the opportunity to observe it, I did not hang a padlock but I did some photographs.

In Paris, tours are offered to sail on the Seine, from where you can observe different tourist places of the city, including the emblematic Eiffel Tower, the different cruises offer a romantic option: boat dinners.

When talking about Paris, it is usually associated with romance. The walks along the Seine River feed the romanticism that envelops the city.
