Sjennon sees the World #25 - Tannirbhavi Beach in Mangalore, India
Welcome to Indian beaches..
..where plastic is your friend!
I am not saying I mind - as I will most likely not lay down here in the first place, but I can't help but to mention that India would be so much more beautiful if it was for garbage disposal.
Anyway, not here to trash about trash! Let's talk beaches!
Because if you see through the litter, it really is a nice place to visit. We came by car and did some (at least it did look a bit like) off-roading before we reached the place. It is a bit remote, but appeared to be quite the hanging spot for the Mangalorians.
The view was very nice though!
As @firepower was catching up with some friends, I was peeking around and managed to get some micro shots of random stuff.
Also, I tried finding trash treasure but I didn't find anything more valuable than a used condom package.
Hi dear @sjennon...
Actually this is one of the most beautiful beaches here. May be now some road work is going on I think...
And I have posted so many blogs with good photos on this beautiful beach!!
I always search for beauty in 'Nature', leaving behind or ignoring the unwanted things!... But... I don't know why you went searching for this trash instead of looking around for the good things? - I mean Waves, Coconut and other trees from different angles....
These are the cool photos of the same beach, which I used for my blogs!!
There is so much in this world... It is left to us to choose the beauty and goodness.....Wishing you all the best.. :)
Actually, I have plenty of pictures of other beaches where the trees and the coconuts and everything is beautiful. As far as I quickly could see, there were no trees here and I just remained on that hilly thing (didn't do much roaming).
The thing that caught my eye that is original from the other beaches I went to and I am used to, is the trash.
Haha.... I really don't know where our guy parked his car, to show you this beach!!! May be because of the road repair work going on there, he couldn't reach the actual beautiful spot I think... :(....
something like this is happening in my country to. garbage everywhere. in the summer I was at the black sea and the beach was full of garbage. I do not want to blame anyone but I think young people today are guilty of it. always behind the youth remains rubbish and disaster. and in the city I cleaned myself with some neighbors. hand from hand can, a cleaner country
Where are you from?
It is such a waste of both nature and the visuals. I mean, would you go to the amazing beaches of Bora Bora if there was a giant trash heap next to it? Ofcourse not! I think clean places also attract more tourism which will positively influence the country's economy too. I honestly think that a lot of people do not want to visit India because it's dirty.
Maybe it is the youth, maybe it is not. But it is up to both the country and their parents to teach them how to handle garbage right?
You are absolutely right! I’m from Romania , a dirty country! Here you found many garbage . On the streets on the beach on the water...almost everywhere . That’s very sad 😞 but I think the biggest garbage you can found is in the Parlament , in every politician
Looool
Nice thumbnail.
It truly is a beautiful beach, did you go through the woody area? I'm guessing not..
It's the entrance from the ferry side and it's just gorgeous! 😍
Nah, we just stood where I clicked the pictures hehe.
Ah you missed an epic photography location then. No probs, we'll go there in your next World tour. ;P
Also, you're awake?! xD
@sjennon Its simply amazing the way you are exploring every part of India with culture/ food/ stories/ conversation. Keep posting :)
