Whale Watching Video - Merimbula NSW - Australia - Today!
I wanted to share an experience from today when we went Whale Watching.
We used a local crew in Merimbula called Fishpen Charters. Their link is below for your reference. If you are ever in Australia on the South Coast of New South Wales, you must stop through Merimbula. Merimbula is an extremely popular tourist destination at Easter and Christmas Holiday periods for Victorians that live to the South of New South Wales.
I actually grew up in Merimbula as a child until I was a young Teenager and we moved to the city. It is a magical place, you can see so much natural wildlife in the area like Kangaroos, Koalas, Pythons, Echidnas, Giant Yellow Crested Black Cockatoos and so many more animals.
Merimbula is also famous for its Oysters that are grown in the lake on the oyster leases throughout the two main lakes.

Here's a quick video my father filmed today of the Humpback Whales, I wanted to share with you all. There were also lots of Dolphins, but we will save them for another time.
