I'm pretty curious about the term "resort town", is that an actual resort that seems like a town? Or is it a way for you to say that the town is so beautiful that looks like a resort? If so, do you know why this particular town is preserved so well?
We call the resort city the city where tourists come to the sea on vacation. Where there are equipped beaches, resorts, holiday homes . Resort-a place that is a popular destination for vacations or recreation, or which is frequented for a particular purpose.
