Iran Mall is the capital of Iran, a mall in the west of Tehran. This collection has been opened with commercial, recreational, cultural and sporting uses. It also has 2 5 star hotels. The project is located near Chitgera Marine, located in the 22nd District of Tehran. The construction of this project began with an area of 1,700,000 square meters on an area of 27 hectares in 2011.

The first phase of this complex has been unveiled in May of 1397 with an area of 1, 400, 000 square meters. The second phase has been operational by the end of 1399. The main investor of this project is the future bank.

The construction budget of the complex has been more than 22 trillion tomans.

The Iranian Garden is inspired by the Mahan Garden of Kerman, located in the central part of the great Iranian market. Persian Garden with dimensions of 51 by 176 meters in the floors of the first parking lot up to the second commercial, and its roof is located in the free roof of the building, and finally covered with ITAA membrane coating technology. The current flows through the north-south direction of this space. A variety of plants have been planted in this space.

Another major part of the Iran Malah project is the separate car show. This large space is designed in three floors. The view of these three floors in each other's sequence creates an egg-shaped geometric form. The steel structure was designed with the aim of achieving soft, uniform and close-to-polygonal skin in a plan and curve at the cross section, and aluminum panels play the ultimate role.

Cinema, restaurant and hotel
40 cinema units are considered for this complex, with 12 units opened in the first phase. There are also about 200 restaurants in total, some of which are in the form of Fodcourt. It is located in an eastern part with an area of over 100, 000 square meters. Its height is over 70 meters, consisting of two 5-star hotels with 211 and 195 rooms.

Other parts of the complex include Penthouse, Nabi Mosque, Mirror Hall, Charsaw Market, Book Garden, Ice Track, Ivangorod Blvd, Tennis Grounds and Golestan Waterfall. The complex has 20,000 parking spaces for automobiles and motorcycles, and 52 accesses There are underpasses, bridges, ramps and tunnels.
