When it comes to Dubai Time Out places, One of most favourite is Dubai Water Dance / Dubai Fountain.

When you walk from Dubai Mall towards Burj Khalifa, you will reach the balcony of Dubai Creek Side which is the best place to stand and watch water dance moments. Dubai Mall is acclaimed as worlds biggest shopping mall.
