Dog's of Albania (Tirana Street Dogs from my travels)
There seem to be many healthy, friendly street dogs in Albania, they all seem to have tag's in there ears. I assume these tags are used to track them, insure they are fix'ed, healthy, and not violent <3 Public Dogs!
