I can see a perfect rule of thirds on this pics, maybe a little yellow inclinated white balance but not a problem, you can give a little life to the first pic using exposition (with lightroom or any photo editor) even if is .JPG, is just a little.
Thank you very much for a good comment on photo processing. It was evening, before sunset and therefore the white balance is "disturbed" and the exposure goes into negative.
I thought that these photos would not come out at all due to low lighting, but decided to show "evening."
