My first "real" hike (Day 5. Part 1.)

After a good rest, we, full of strength, continued our hike.

The 5th day began at 4:00 - we had to get on the bus. We drove from Kolochava to Mizhhirya.
In the morning there was a fog.

Somewhere around lunch began to circle the clouds.

I highly recommend watching panoramas in full-screen mode. You can enlarge the photo, just click on the photo.

Rain went to the right, then to the left, but left us. The weather was hot. For a long time, there was a heat, and many sources of water dried up. We moved from one to the other and we could not find the water.

Thunder rumbles on both the right and left and the front but also bypassed. We have reached the planned place dry.

As I wrote, the weather in the Carpathians is very capricious. It rains on all sides, thunder rises, and in the middle, it is dry and stuffy.

The climbing out to Polonyna-Kuk began, then to the summit Hrab.

ua: Після гарного відпочинку, ми, повні сил, продовжили свій похід.
День 5-й почався в 4:00 - треба було встигнути на автобус. Ми проїхали від Колочави до Міжгір’я. Почали підйом виходом на Полонину-Кук, потім до вершини Граб.

Зранку був туман, десь в обід почали кружляти хмаринки. Дощ пішов праворуч, але весь час обходив нас! Грім гуркотів і справа, і зліва, і попереду, але також обходив. Ми дійшли до точці ночівлі сухі.

Погода була жаркою. Вже довгий час стояла спека та багато джерел пересохло. Ми переходили від одного до іншого та набрати води не вдавалось.

Як я вже писав, погода в Карпатах дуже капризна. Зі всіх сторін їде дощ, гримає грім, а в середині сухо та душно.
