성북동(Sungbuk-dong)

Sungbuk-dong is very attractive place. There is the Seoul City Wall. You can walk along the wall and look down the city. There are so many traditional place like Gansong museum, Simwoo-jang, Gilsang-temple. Also there are many unique & beautiful local cafes and restarunts. Just across the street, rich and poor house face each other. You can feel the luxury residential and alleyway scenery at the same time in Sungbuk-dong.

성북동은 매력적인 동네다. 성곽길을 끼고 있고, 간송미술관을 비롯해 만해 한용운이 살았던 심우장, 문인 이태준이 살았던 수연산방, 길상사 등 문화예술의 정취가 많다. 또한 이 동네에서만 느낄 수 있는 예쁜 카페와 맛집들이 거리마다 숨어있다. 또한 길 하나를 사이에 두고 최고급 빌라와 달동네가 마주한 곳이기도 하다. 다양한 아름다움을 뽐내는 고급 주택과 좁은 골목길을 동시에 느낄 수 있는 흔하지 않은 동네다. 언젠가 꼭 한 번 살아보고 싶은 곳이다.
