Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon, is the largest city in Vietnam with 12 million people. With that many people, it's not easy to keep a city clean. But from my experience there, workers do an incredible job to keep the city spotless. On an early morning walk, I spotted these two city workers doing their part to clean up the dirt and garbage.
