Wild Monkeys Spotted In The Jungles Of Thailand
Hello lovely Steemians,
A couple of days ago me and @williamwest ran into some wild monkeys here at Koh Lanta, Thailand. This was truly an amazing experience. Seeing monkeys who have adapted to a more urban lifestyle is always fascinating to see. Also, it always warms my heart to see free and happy wildlife animals in the nature. Although the urbanization of Koh Lanta the monkeys still seems to be happy!
High up in the air, resting on the electrical wires, we found this little monkey. So many trees around, still he choses this exact spot to relax. Despite the electricity running through the wires he doesn't seem to be bothered at all.
This monkey was more interested in what we were doing. Although, I find it difficult to read if he looks at us with despite or curiousness? Most likely he doesn't really care. What do you Steemians think?
Although I'm against littering in the nature, this little monkey seems to be quite happy about the bag of crisps that he found laying on the ground.
These fellas on the other hand seemed quite jealous of their friend on the ground. However, I actually think monkeys are better of without crisps. If they are unhealthy for human beings, they sure are for monkeys.
I really admire the playfulness and the fearfulness in monkeys when they are fooling around. They are so high up in the air, still they are not afraid to wrestle around...
That was all for today! You'll here from me soon again. In the meantime, I wish you all a fantastic day :)
xoxo
Sandra
